Croix Blanche Lakes Blog. Carp Fishing Lakes in France. Two top class Carp fishing holiday lakes. Covering 6 and 8 acres, set in the Picardy region of France. Just north of Reims. The waters are only 150 miles from Calais. An ideal choice if you are looking for a French holiday venue with specimen fish. That is a reasonable driving distance from the ferry. The lakes contain a really good head of specimen. The waters contain a head of large grass carp. Arp aren’t the only big fish. Enter your comment here.

The Spring has been pretty productive with a good number of nice fish banked. 40lb common from the Croix Blanche. Ceri with a 40lb mirror from the Tortue which was part of a 61 fish haul. Awesome! Personlige rekorder i ferskvann. Personlige rekorder i utlandet. Skjellkarpe 22,2 kg. Speilkarpe 25,4 kg. Gresskarpe 22,2 kg. Stør 10,3 kg. Malle 66,3 kg. Onsdag 9. juli 2014. Det har ikke blitt så mye karpefiske i det siste, men jeg har fått lirket inn ett par netter nå og det har faktisk også gitt fisk. Det ble en natt i to forskjellige vann, første natten ga to 5 kilos karper, før turen gikk videre til neste vann. Men det ble en fin karpe, så man skal vel ikke klage:). Det er mye orm å se i år.

Endelig satt den, etter utallige turer på jakt etter en av de store speilene i dette vannet. For det har vært årets store mål, å få en speil på over 10 kg og helst fra akkurat dette vannet. Det var en deilig følelse og endelig å ha klart målet sitt og det gjorde ikke noe at den var 12,14 kg heller:). SFK Ut på tur.
