The Croker Family 2014. Of course the snow came back again in March, and there was enough snow to take a few runs on the driveway hill. Ian’s birthday was next, and he had a great 7th birthday celebration. The Croker Family 2014. Before the weather got cold again, Barry took Jonah and some of his school friends up into the Shenandoah for a hike called “Old Rag”. We were about a week past full color, but a few leaves were left. The top of Old Rag is like nothing else in Virginia. Barry also got to steal in a few last mountain bike rides with teammates and friends. We also were able to launch the model rocket that Grandma Croker got us while she was here. It was a lot of fun, and the kids had a BLAST.

The Croker Family 2014. Once vacation was over, Jessica got to work with the first overhaul in our kitchen. Here Brenna was tasked with removing cabinet doors for sanding and painting. As summer wound down, we spent as many hot afternoons as possible in the Luciw’s pool. As the summer ended, so did the humidity, and time outdoors became even more enjoyable. The Croker Family 2014. Hunter had the first birthday of the year, and for his fifth he wanted a super-hero birthday, complete with an Ironman birthday cake. Of course, Jessica figured out how to make his dreams come true. It wasn’t quite a Colorado winter, but enough to keep the kids entertained. Eva really enjoyed the snow. By the look on his face I’m not sure Jonah is excited about Ian’s demands. Logan participated in his second Pinewood Derby as a Cub Scout, and received high marks for his shark-inspired design.
