Taking is slow and keeping it simple. Thursday, August 21, 2008. STRAWBERRY CREAM SANDWICH "COOKIE". Last weekend I picked up 3 baskets of Strawberries from my local Farmer's Market. I used a few in my Raspberry topping for the Cheesecake I made, and I have been eating them right out of the basket. Today I made some Strawberry Cream Sandwich "Cookies" for my husbands lunch. The center is left over cheesecake filling. They are really yum! They taste like strawberries and cream. Posted by becoming whole.
