Personal: Emma's field trip
http://crosscombespersonal.blogspot.com/2007/10/emmas-field-trip.html
October 29, 2007. Last week the kindergarten and 1st grade class at Hostos went to Johnson's Farm in New Jersey. We went on a hayride, walked through a cornfield to a pumpkin patch. The children were then able to pick there own pumpkin. Emma had a difficult time choosing one. We had a lovely afternoon and the kids had a great time. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Philly: Newsletter April 08
http://crosscombesphilly.blogspot.com/2008/04/newsletter-april-08.html
Thursday, 24 April 2008. Dear Family and Friends,. I am writing this to the sounds of helicopters flying around. They began early this morning, waking us up, again. This time it wasn’t the police, but rather the news helicopters. A major fire nearby destroyed some homes and abandoned factories. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Wyoming Ave. Baptist. http://crosscombesphilly.blogspot.com/2007/07/letter-from-bill-krispin.html
Monday, 9 July 2007. Letter from Bill Krispin. Although Joyce has no official position with our organization, we know her and Coz are an integral team and feel blessed to have her wisdom and devotion as a part of our mix. Joyce has been a real pioneer for women ministering in Philadelphia and brings passion to see women mentored in ministry as well to continue her service to women and children in crisis. With gratitude for you and to our great God,. CityNet Ministries, Inc. Wyoming Ave. Baptist.

Philly: Gulfport Mississippi
http://crosscombesphilly.blogspot.com/2005/09/gulfport-mississippi.html
Monday, 26 September 2005. Like most of you, I watched the unfolding tragedy in New Orleans and along the Mississippi coast. I was sitting with a friend and we began to discuss what our response should be. Neither of us wanted to be hasty in our actions, yet haste seemed warranted. We decided to spend some time praying and waiting. The counselors spent time out in the community, focusing on the projects and Red Cross shelters. Dispensing both food and love they had no shortage of people to speak with.

Australia: Ministry In Oz
http://crosscombesaustralia.blogspot.com/2008/01/ministry-in-oz.html
Thursday, 3 January 2008. I don’t know how qualified I am for speaking about ministry happening in Australia. I travel back once a year, receive updates from certain people, and try and keep relevant. Though Australia does not have a very large population there are many great things happening, and I am quite sure God is doing much more than I have heard of. There are not many people serving in Aboriginal communities in Australia. Fewer still serving the semi-rural communities often located on the edg...
