Sleeping Giant Loppet: Trail Conditions. Thursday February 25th, 2016. There is lots of snow in Thunder Bay and much more at Sleeping Giant Provincial Park. The entire 50km Loppet course was groomed for classic and skate on Wednesday, Feb. 24th. Conditions should be excellent for the upcoming weekend, the last before the Loppet on March 5th.
