Yesterday was a nice rest day, great attendance at the box and my body needed to have a bit of recovery. I did do a set of deadlifts in the evening, and set a new 1RM Pr, now up to 331. The Bike: A black 2010 Specialized Roubaix Elite with 105 components all around, a compact crank and Mavic Ksyrium Elite wheels.
