Ett sätt att se hur det går. Måndag 29 juni 2015. Wall balls 9 kg. Push press 32 kg. Strulade en aning på andra varvet då ingen visste var de skulle så jag missade säkert en 8 reps där. Burpees ersatte rodd ganska bra, snittade typ 14 - 15 där. Hade gärna gjort 100/varv i snitt men nådde inte riktigt fram. 30 minuter blankt i lördags. 5 min/km är OK men inte mer. Kändes bra i nya skor men behöver längre pass känner jag. Torsdag 25 juni 2015. Och så var jag ifatt. Korta lunchpass är underskattade.
