We packed a lot into one hour and left feeling (mostly) accomplished! I will again be in only for the lunch session. Peace! 1 Push Press 3RM followed by 3×3 at 90% of your 3RM. Go heavier than your previous 3RM if possible. 2 EMOM x10 minutes. Even: 5 “pausing” thrusters (pause for 2 full seconds at the top of every rep overhead). You choose the weight. 300m row, 1 min rest.
