I of course always add my special modifications. :) I included below. Her blog post is copied below. Sloppy Joes on Spinach Bread. 30-day plan and modified it just a little. Also, to mimic this hardy meal, I baked a spinach "bread" earlier in the day to kind of "sandwich" the Joe. This recipe is courtesy of the Primal Blueprint Cookbook. 1/2 cup pine nuts.

Saturday, September 10, 2011. 1 cup fresh basil. 1 tsp lemon juice. 1/2 cup Pine nuts. 1 tbs walnut oil. 1 tbs olive oil. 1 tbs flaxseed oil. In a food processor blend all the ingredients for marinade. On a plate spread marinade over the chicken. Make sure to get a thick coat on the chicken. Then cut into strips. Another place that I I love if I don't mention enough is BoneHeads in El Toro. They have a great gluten free menu and is an excellent paleo option.
