I played Rugby League for over 10 years, including at the Representative level for North Sydney Bears. Through those years i exposed to the wonderful world of Strength and Conditioning and this is where my passion for health and fitness began. Along the road to recovery i found CrossFit and i was hooked right away. After 6 months i completed my Level 1 CrossFit Coaching course and began coaching. Certificate III in Fitness.
