Almond flour 3/4 cup organic. Coconut Flour 2/3 cup organic. Almond/Coconut/Cashew Milk 1/2 cup. Coconut Oil 1/2 cup. Cinnamon 1 and 1/2 teaspoon. Baking powder 1 teaspoon. Mango 1 cup cubed.
