CrossFit Teens is our fitness training programme for 12-18 year olds. The programme is a combination of basic gymnastics, body-weight movement, weightlifting and energy system conditioning. The teenagers develop fitness in the 10 general physical skills:- cardiovascular endurance, coordination, flexibility, agility, strength, speed, balance, accuracy, power and stamina.
