Views from Left Field. Ramblings from a software architect and wannabe triathlete. Ex-fat guy. now, not as fat :) I took up triathlon as a way to lose weight since I was fast approaching 300 lbs. I'm a software architect during the day, and sitting at my desk didn't help. Feb 8, 2010. Week 1 continued reflections. I'm meeting my goals, averaging 95.6 grams of carbohydrate and I've weighed in at 214 pounds! To fuel ahead of time, or my diet isn't supporting recovery well enough. Follow me on Twitter.
