You Start Where You Start. Prior Experience with CrossFit? If you have done CrossFit before or are currently at another affiliate, email us. About getting started at The Swamp or complete the form below. New CrossFitters begin with our Foundations program: two, 60-minute, conveniently-scheduled private sessions with one of our coaches ( $180 - includes the two sessions and the remaining month's membership. Why do I need the Foundations program? Once I have completed the Foundations, what do I do next?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning system built on constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. These movements include a combination of metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting. CrossFit is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together. Membership Rates — CrossFit The Swamp

Monthly Membership: $180 per month. Foundations: $180 includes 2 private one-on-one sessions with a coach PLUS. All NEW CrossFit athletes must complete Foundations. Prior to entering regularly-scheduled group classes. If necessary the coaching staff reserves the right to require the completion of additional sessions (at $50/hr) in order for the athlete to move on to the group classes. Foundations payment processed upon sign-up and is NON-REFUNDABLE. No discounts for Foundations.

CrossFit The Swamp is an 8,000 square foot, CrossFit-only facility located across from Burpee Road (yes, really) and Swampscott High School at 171 Essex Street in Swampscott, MA. Our property has been renovated and outfitted with men's and women's locker rooms with bathrooms, showers and large changing areas in each.
