Summer is in full swing here in Portland it was time to get another tasty and sessionable beer brewed. Kolsch is a style I’ve been meaning to brew for a while now and I went with a pretty simple recipe for the first draft. I picked up some Kolsch. Mash: 149 (75 min). Mash pH: 5.4. 100% Kolsch Malt (Schill). Wyeast 2565 Kolsch Ale.

Welcome to our personal website "Crow's Nest Cabin". The place we call Crow's Nest is our mountain home on Cedar Mountain located at Mammoth Creek, Utah. At 8,500 feet in elevation we enjoy all four seasons of each year.

Unwind and enjoy some real living. We are located 7 miles east of Antlers, Oklahoma, the deer capital of the world. Our property lies along the Kiamichi River, at the north end of Hugo Lake, with direct access to the river and thousands of acres of Corps of Engineers Land, which is open to horseback riding, hunting, hiking, or bird watching.
