The intent here is to chronicle some of the adventures of the Capri 25 sail boat Swimmer. Tuesday, December 20, 2005. Catalinas of Swimmer's vintage use a poorly designed and constructed port light. Almost as though they were trying to imitate an old style automotive window instead of a true port light. They didn't even have the benefit of being light weight. A boat, a family. Sunday, May 29, 2011. One of the features that we really liked on my folks Catalina 36, were the teak companionway doors that they had made. While at the Seattle boat show this winter, we ran into the same gentleman who made those doors and asked him to make some for Legacy. He has a website at Cruising Concepts.
