I seem to be unable to keep to my 19 points so I am doing the CSIRO diet for awhile. Can't eat all the protein they suggest, so halve it. Gail's Weight Loss Journal. Sunday, August 27, 2006. Had a gain of 200gs this week, to be expected though as I have gone over points on several days. Had a heavy week working at our block, so didn't track as I should have. Just managed 60 mins on the treadmill this morning and 5 kms, so that was a breakthrough as I usually do around 4 kms. May go for a swim at the AMC pool at Beauty Point later on. I'm making up for yesterday when I sat on my bum for most of the day as I was sooooo tired. Wow, Wow, Wow!

Gail's Weight Loss Journal. Sunday, July 30, 2006. A better loss today .5kg. This is slow going, but a least I'm not putting on which is a huge bonus. I find I have to be totally committed and focused to shift the weight, there is no let up it's much more difficult when you are over the age of 50 and I'm closer to 60 now, so it's snail's pace for me, just have to accept it and keep pluggin away at it. Giving up is NOT an option! Sunday, July 02, 2006. New Month - and an inspiring message. Today I was reading Gail's Weight Loss Journal. Where Gail recommended a blog from a lady who had lost over 80kgs. What really spoke to me was how this lady never gave up (it was not an option)!
