Sunday, October 12, 2014. Week of Oct. 5-11. I grabbed Spencer, climbed out, and we hurried home. I did get one decent picture before the whole pond episode. Sometime I'm going to have to get pictures of the rest of the kids! Monday, Oct. 6 - Naomi and Noah had soccer games. James and Stephen worked on the shed. For FHE we memorized D&C 6:36 "Look unto me in every thought; doubt not, fear not." Then we had cinnamon rolls for treat because we didn't have them for breakfast the day before. Friday, Oct....

Sunday, September 8, 2013. The Rest of Our Time on the Oregon Coast. The next day, June 25th, was Ellen's birthday! We had great plans for the day! The low tide that morning was a super low tide which meant tide pools! I had read that the far southern end of the beach at Cape Lookout had some pretty good tide pools, so we headed in that direction. Most of the starfish were this purplish brownish color so they were pretty well camouflaged. But some were bright orange! It was a long day! But there was stil...

http://christinastephen.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
What in the World? Sometimes things don't go as planned, but keep your head up! October 31, 2009. Today was a great day! We started by carving the rest of our pumpkins. This is Sable's 3 eye 2 nose 1 mouth with 1 tooth pumpkin. The pumpkin he painted, it had froze and thawed, the top was getting mushy so we didn't want to open it up. Here are mine that Steve had gutted for me. Now to the costumes. Sable was Little Bo Peep. My nephew Codie was Dracula and came trick or treating with us. October 29, 2009.

What in the World? Sometimes things don't go as planned, but keep your head up! July 29, 2009. July 26, 2009. Camping With The Cub Scouts. This weekend we went to Jackson Lake and camped with the Cub Scouts. Only about half of the pack came, and it was a blast. I had never camped with a group of people before so this was all new to me. I think things went fairly smoothly with meal preparation, cleanup, pack time and family time. Lyndall set his tent up with the help of Dad, I think Sable was supervisor.

Friday, December 27, 2013. We Went Camping for Christmas! This year for Christmas we wanted to do something different. Something to make Christmas a little more special with less focus on the presents and the sweet food. Somehow we found ourselves planning to go camping! Santa was even able to find our tent out in the middle of the woods. This picture is kind of blurry, but it shows our tent all lit up at night. James and Rachel making breakfast in front of the cabin. The Crumpley Family. While visiting...
