My sister-in-law made this for us over the holidays and I LOVED it. It's like the Zuppa Tuscana soup from Olive Garden. There are a lot of recipes out there for this soup, but this one is easy, tasty, and IC friendly. I have no complaints. For IC people, be careful with sausage. Don't ever get anything flavored or spicy or swimming in preservatives. 1 can...

CLICK HERE FOR FREE BLOGGER TEMPLATES, LINK BUTTONS AND MORE! Conquering IC one meal at a time . . . Tuesday, August 3, 2010. I grew up on fish. There is nothing like a freshly caught trout baked on the coals of a fire while camping at the lake. I can grill fish, I can cook fish on open coals, but I had never tried baking fish or using anything other than trout. With some advice from a good friend, I made up some salmon tonight and it turned out quite well. 1 lb salmon fillet. I like tuna, some people do...

I've found the Jimmy Dean regular sausage doesn't cause me any problems, but the flavored or spicy kinds make me flare. Try a few brands out and see which ones work for you. 2 (1 pound) frozen bread dough. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry. 4 c shredded mozzarella cheese.

Crunchings and Munchings: Hot Milk

CLICK HERE FOR FREE BLOGGER TEMPLATES, LINK BUTTONS AND MORE! Conquering IC one meal at a time . . . Friday, April 8, 2011. One of the hard things about IC is that all you can drink is milk and water- no juice, no soda, nothing else. During winter months when everyone is drinking steaming mugs of hot cocoa, it's torture. I found this recipe and it's a great drink to warm up cold nights and break up the monotony (even though it's still milk). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Life with "Wee Ones". Sunday, June 8, 2014. May brought some exciting things for the girls. They were SO excited for the end-of-year preschool bounce house party. (Megan kept asking almost every day from the beginning of May if it was the bounce house party yet. "Oooohhhh, it's taking FOREVER! Hanging out on the trampoline with Principal Dan. Life with "Wee Ones": August 2014

http://wee-one.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html

Life with "Wee Ones". Sunday, August 3, 2014. We had a nice, relaxing 4th of July. I did the girls' hair in stars in honor of the holiday. We went to a local parade. We had never been before. We luckily found some sidewalk near the King family and enjoyed a little bit of shade. It was hot, but fun. Megan, Tyler, Emily. The kids loved getting the candy. At the end of the parade a fire truck sprayed water on the crowd. Later that day Megan and Emily helped me add ice to the homemade ice cream machine.

Life with "Wee Ones": July 2014

http://wee-one.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html

Life with "Wee Ones". Wednesday, July 16, 2014. June was a busy month. Besides the previous posts, here are some other things that we did. We went to the "wooden park." It's a park Darrell and the kids found on the Saturdays that Darrell would take the kids so I could work on my online classes for recertifying my teaching certificate. The playground is made of wood and there are wood chips everywhere, so of course it gets called the "wooden park.". The kids loved feeding the ducks. Emily and Megan with t...

Life with "Wee Ones". Sunday, October 26, 2014. My mom's dad, and my last living grandparent, passed away in September. Life with "Wee Ones". Sunday, May 31, 2015. We have had the fabulous Miss Katie for preschool for 4 years now. This is how the kids looked the first time we headed to Miss Katie's Preschool in September 2011. They are SO tiny! Megan and Emily on the first day of school this school year (September 2014). This was the last day of regular preschool, as the girls came running out. Taking the walk home- one last time. Our last preschool program. :(. Sitting with their classmates. Friday, September 6, 2013. I still don't know if it was venomous, but one thing is certain, that it was trying to eat me alive, gobbled the whole of me without even letting know how had it all happened? Now that it was over, I could breath a sigh of relief.and woke up. I woke up only to find that after years, I had sunk myself in my own puddle.I had wet myself. Now it was time to wash, drain the guilt of the night. Tuesday, October 5, 2010. The Rime of a Somnambulist. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
