Anywhoo, I've been in a biggest loser competition and today was the last day.official weight loss 19 1/2 lbs in 2 months, don't know if I won or got second place yet :). I decided I needed a reward before I go to the gym tonight, still gonna try for another 20 lbs by summer, but there is no way I can cut out my baking and eating completely. 2 tsp mint extract.

Monday will be my first official day on phase 1 of Southbeach :( This babyweight will not come off by just cutting calories. I am forced to drastic measures. Well when Mark and Britteny came back from Germany a few weeks ago, we were eating dinner at my parents house and my dad was all worried the food wouldn't be cooked since he had to go to the store.gasp! The first thing is you need an oil of some kind, any will do, but extra virgin oilve oil is the best, then something acidic, and then whatever seasonings you want. Cilantro-Lime (I'm not doing measurments for this, just make as much as you need depending on how much you are making).

I am sure one day they won't let me anymore, but for now it is the best! I know I am a little bias, but I think that I have the cutest kids in the world! Mac still loves his baby sis! He really is the best big brother. They have the same blue eyes. Mac loves being chased by his dad. Aren't daddies the best?

Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Summer Vacation Part 2. During our visit home we were able to make it to Montana to visit Matt's family as well. It was so nice to be at the Lake this year especially since we missed last year. The weather did not cooperate with us and it was rainy and cold for a good portion of the week. Which was really just fine with me because I was not really that thrilled about being in a swimsuit anyways! Mac in his shark swim outfit- so precious. Playing in the lake. Most of the cousins.
