You may wonder why I didn't learn this before, but spelling has always been hard for me to do. I can read the words just fine, but trying to write them down hasn't worked well. We also went with some of our homeschooled friends. We got to see them stick the bagels in the huge steam oven, we watched them teach us how to dip a bagel to get the seeds or onions on top, and we even watched one lady braid challah bread.
