No one thought I'd be in this class. Wednesday, January 25, 2006. Pound of Flesh award. I have to give the Pound of Flesh award for the best murder scene to Chingachgook, played by Russell Means. The particular murder scene I am referring to is the one scene I think of when I think of this film: when he slays Magua with that huge sword or w/e it was in shadow and with the backdrop of the mountains for everyone to see. I just thought that scene was so powerful and left such a lasting impression on me.
