Un vrai délice qui démarre bien la journée! 1/3 de tasse de Gruau (100 Ml). 1/4 de tasse de yogourt nature sans gras (50 Ml). 1 tasse de petits fruits congelés (250Ml). 2 tasses de lait écremé (500Ml). Je bois un smoothie a tout les matins, c'est vite fait et très énergisant! Mon coin de pays, Rivière des Outaouais.
