MoneyReasons: Spring Early, Summer Update
http://moneyreasons.blogspot.com/2011/06/spring-early-summer-update.html
Money accumulation and ways to be frugal for everybody. Spring Early, Summer Update. This Spring season has been very wet! It's been pretty much a letdown for all of May and a good part of June. I coached my daughter's soccer U7 team this spring season, and surprisingly I had a blast! Our first year team won about half of our games, and the ones that we lost were all close except for the first game (when I was in California). So why was I in California? How cool would that be! It's been a win-win for me!

MoneyReasons: Going overboard with green efforts?
http://moneyreasons.blogspot.com/2008/08/going-overboard-with-green-efforts.html
Money accumulation and ways to be frugal for everybody. Going overboard with green efforts? Okay, I've believe in the being as green as possible. But am I going overboard with this effort? Below are some examples that I wonder if I'm going overboard or working too hard to save the planet. 1) For the bag of peanuts that I eat at lunch, I reuse the same sandwich plastic bag for a week. 2) My wife buys bottled water, so I'll drink one, then use tap water to fill it up for a week or two. 8) We also use the t...

MoneyReasons: Being Frugal the green way
http://moneyreasons.blogspot.com/2009/02/being-frugal-green-way.html
Money accumulation and ways to be frugal for everybody. Being Frugal the green way. People associate being frugal with being green, but that not necessarily true. You can also be frugal in a way that's not very environmentally friendly. I'm just going to focus on the green frugal ways that I'm going both though. I believe you will more bang for your buck and feel better about yourself if you can do both. This save my trash bages, and I get additional usage out of the grocery store bages I use. With my bl...

MoneyReasons: February Update
http://moneyreasons.blogspot.com/2011/02/february-update.html
Money accumulation and ways to be frugal for everybody. While February wasn't as bad as January, it was hectic with issues at work and sickness (just cold and flu) for my daughter and I. Still. February was much better than January! Since I wasn't feeling up to par, some things got neglected a bit, and some things like the crushing of aluminum cans was neglected. So much so, that I'm starting to wonder if " Is Recycling Aluminum Cans Worth Doing Anymore? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). 160; Its been ...

MoneyReasons: Car problem
http://moneyreasons.blogspot.com/2008/08/car-problem.html
Money accumulation and ways to be frugal for everybody. Yesterday, the engine light came on and I could hear a slight noise that sounded like the exhaust system might be going bad. Our car is only 5 years old, and it's a toyota. So, a friend at work suggested taking the car to AutoZone and having the car hooked up to some type of engine reading device for FREE! So I did that, and the devices stated that I had a problem with the catalytic converter. That was simple. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
