A journal of my crocheting and cross stitching. Friday, July 20, 2007. I haven’t posted in a while because I haven’t yet started my next project. I have been getting organized so when I do start, I can stitch without feeling guilty and without much interruption. My family and I moved from Atlanta in 2001. I was eager for a new start, but that was soon crushed after reality set in. Along with the hurricanes of 2003, I was ready to move with or without my family! Wednesday, July 4, 2007. A journal of my crocheting and cross stitching. Thursday, September 27, 2007. Life is sometimes just too complicated! My aunt is in the hospital with a feeding tube. She has been able to finally keep food down for the past two days. She said last night that she had no idea when she would be able to go home. The doctor's are trying to set up a home health nurse for her and get some things organized. So, she's still hanging in there. Well, I guess I'd better get to work. I'll try to post pictures soon!

Daily ramblings of a southern cross-stitch addict. Thursday, August 27, 2009. Misfortunes and Charity Stitching. Then a few months ago she found a knot in one of her breasts. When she went to the oncologist, he actually found 2 knots. He did a biopsy. I was scared to death! Twelve apartments were destroyed! A cleaning company picked up ALL of Mom's belongings and cleaned it all! They got rid of all of the smoke and water damage! And am not the clean freak that she is! We almost drove each other crazy!
