Thursday, July 10, 2014. Preschool Math with Water Beads -Ocean Theme. I've been seeing water beads in Hobby Lobby and have been wanting to find an activity to do with the babies for quite some time. The ocean theme was a perfect time! I filled the bin with the beads (after soaking them overnight) and then hid 10 colorful fish underneath the beads. I put a shark on top and placed laminated cards with the numbers 1 through 10 in the bin. They had a good time finding the fish and just touching the beads!
