This week we will also be making salsa with the peppers and tomatoes we received. A pasta salad with cucumber and tomato will also be in the words. Community Supported Agriculture - Hot peppers, onion, tomatoes. here comes the homemade salsa created with organic vegetables picked on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday. It really doesn't get any fresher than that! Each week our delivery box determines what we will be cooking and eating. It's always an adventure and we enjoy opening the box each Thursday! Potatoes, cabbage, eggplant, squash, and sage in addition to the tomatoes, onion, and peppers.

The squash and sage are fresh from our farmers. Organically grown and freshly picked. Lemony Sage Summer Squash. 8 large sage leaves. Slice the squash as thinly as you can. Roll the 8 sage leaves together and chiffonade them. Add all of the sliced squash and stir to combine. Cook the squash until partially tender.
