This Crazy Thing Called Life: Northbound: Vermont
http://thelanierslovinglife.blogspot.com/2010/10/northbound-vermont.html
This Crazy Thing Called Life. Musings of Young Twenty-something Wandering Souls. Saturday, October 16, 2010. Oh, and we also learned New York has the largest state park in the whole country: the Adirondack Mountains! When we first crossed over the border into Vermont, the first thing we did was visit Shelburne Farms. What a gorgeous place—once, it was owned and operated by a doctor who married into the Vanderbilt Family and wanted to create a working dairy farm Vanderbilt style. About 35 degrees at night!

This Crazy Thing Called Life: Home

This Crazy Thing Called Life. Musings of Young Twenty-something Wandering Souls. Friday, November 5, 2010. So we've arrived at home, started applying for jobs, and are slowly settling in to "real life." Weather is turning cold, Halloween is past, and our noses are sniffling. Life is good, and home is the best. But I've decided to change a few things. B) Keep in shape. One great thing about Missouri is its a whole lot flatter! This means I can bike farther and more leisurely and still get great exercise.

This Crazy Thing Called Life. Musings of Young Twenty-something Wandering Souls. Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Peter and I had such a great time with Linda and Tom in Arlington Heights! They treated us so well and showed us great hospitality and delicious Chicago food. We had such a unique experience. Tom owns a horse at Arlington Race Track, Freefighter, and what a beauty he is! Here's a couple pictures from the race track. Staying with family is the best way to travel! Thanks to Tom and Linda! Looking...

This Crazy Thing Called Life. Musings of Young Twenty-something Wandering Souls. Sunday, October 24, 2010. Sorry for not posting for awhile! We've been in Raleigh, NC, relaxing with Peter's parents and being at the NC State Fair! But we haven't posted about Maine yet, and that place deserves its own entry. We would've stayed longer, but it was just going to rain. As it was we had great weather! Besides, Megan had a moment at Acadia where she 'hit the wall' and declared she was ready to be home! We had so...

http://thelanierslovinglife.blogspot.com/p/about.html
This Crazy Thing Called Life. Musings of Young Twenty-something Wandering Souls. Megan Peter were married on July 18, 2009, and currently live in Boone NC. We will be leaving for a cross-country road trip in August 2010, hopefully for many months of adventure. This blog is an gateway into sharing our experiences with us, and after it is all over, hopefully for sharing the rest of our lives as well. We are young, in our twenties, have no children, no pets, and not very much money (but always enough).

I'm sure when Peter's the author it will be deep and thoughtful and hopefully I will provide the day to day treasures of our blessed life. Peter and I have decided on big news! We are also going to try to read through the bible toget...

This Crazy Thing Called Life: July 2010
http://thelanierslovinglife.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
This Crazy Thing Called Life. Musings of Young Twenty-something Wandering Souls. Thursday, July 8, 2010. Well I gave my first Leave No Trace presentation to a group of twenty-odd high schoolers. Forgot to take any video for the Mast website, doh! There are seven principles. I won't list them-easy to find online. My awareness workshop with the high schoolers went like this:. 1) a brief overview of history, need, and principles of LNT. 3) had each group play around with above stuff and share with the group...
