Wednesday, March 19, 2014. Today Rooms 1 and 15 went to Castlecliff beach. We were split into five different groups. My group was Mrs Steedmans group. There were eight people in our group. We went there mainly to pick up rubbish that can kill sea creatures. We found nearly a whole big black rubbish bag full of rubbish in half an hour. When we were there the Wanganui Chronicle were there so they wrote a report about us about collecting all the rubbish. They took a photo as well. The Beach on PhotoPeach.

Sunday, December 7, 2014. 1 Get your milk bottle cap. 2 Get your piece of cardboard and outline the bottle cap onto it with your pencil. 3 Cut it out with your scissors. 4 Draw patterns on it using your felts. 5 Get your battery drill and drill a hole into the top and in the centre of the milk bottle cap. 6 Use your tooth pick to put a hole in the centre of cardboard that was cut. 7 Once you put that hole in leave the tooth pick in 1 to 2 metres of the tooth pick. Thursday, April 10, 2014. So What: One of the things we learned about Anzac day is that ANZAC stands for Australia New Zealand Army Corps. I learned that if you keep focused on your work you will complete it all in the time you have. Now What: I achieved last weeks goal completely which was learn more onomatopoeia and direct speech and I recovered from a cold I had for two weeks. Next weeks goals are to hopefully see what the app of the week is and learn more about Anzac Day. Writing Activity T1W11 Speech.
