Ofgem Carbon Savings Community Obligation (CSCO) Eligibility System. This function is designed for use by Ofgem, energy suppliers and installers of CSCO measures wishing to validate CSCO specific data. Data should be uploaded as an Excel spreadsheet (Excel 97 format or newer) using the template provided here. The tool will then perform area based eligibility checks on the data and allow the results to be downloaded as a CSV file.
