Friday, April 9, 2010. Easter this year was not normal due to Ray's surprise party. We saw friends and family on Friday night and Saturday morning, and had house guests through Sunday afternoon, so we didn't go to Birmingham for lunch and egg hunting like we usually would. Friday, July 23, 2010. This trip to Granny's was both sweet and sad. It was fabulous because Ray and Dad and the boys and I got to spend lots of quality time visiting with Granny and Dianne and Kenny and the whole family. It was a bit disappointing because Jeffrey was so sick that he and Mom weren't able to come with us. The boys had a ball playing outside, though! Tuesday, August 25, 2009. The beautiful and gracious hostess - Ari. Invited my family and I to come to her adorable and charming daughter Skylar's. This was the first time the Beasley family had ever been to a skating rink, and the first time either Ray or I had been to a skating rink in at least 15 years. The lights and the music was so much fun - the kids and I were mesmorized when it all first started! He just snuggled up to her and sat happily and patiently - as long as she kept feeding him pizza.
