These turned out to be DELICIOUS! 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 cups quick oats. 1 tsp baking soda. 1 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg. 1/4 tsp ground ginger. 2/3 cup granulated sugar.
