Hopefully the abundance of short sales that have taken place in the last few years are coming to an end. We will all be happy for that because the artificial floor on real estate prices that was established with short sale property values will be lifted, but also because it would mean that fewer will still need to resort to that solution to unload heavily indebted properties.
