Best sorts of dreams: January 2010
http://claratissue.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Best sorts of dreams. Tuesday, January 26, 2010. At DG, we were challenged to set concrete goals for ourselves. I guess these are goals just for the term, but hopefully will help me to build good habits that last longer than that. Spend more time reading the Word. Read one book of the Bible per month. Spend more time in prayer at the start of the day. Remember to pray with confidence. Read the daily verses in my devotional planner (can be done during the school day, either during class or at lunch).

Best sorts of dreams: February 2010
http://claratissue.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Best sorts of dreams. Thursday, February 25, 2010. Reading this chapter on worship has left me feeling partly somber and partly refreshed. It starts off with the encounter of Jesus with a Samaritan woman at a well, found in John 4. In verses 13-14, Jesus says to the woman, "Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.". For a drink of water.

Best sorts of dreams: The beginning of the end... and then a beginning.
http://claratissue.blogspot.com/2011/01/beginning-of-end-and-then-beginning.html
Best sorts of dreams. Tuesday, January 25, 2011. The beginning of the end. and then a beginning. It's hard to believe that in three months' time, I will be done optometry school and even board exams. The most incredible thought is that it isn't an end that I will be coming to, but rather, a new beginning. Although it's easy to get caught up in the now - this class, this exam, this internship - everything has merely been preparation: training sessions before the big game. Posted by Clara Tsui.

Best sorts of dreams. Monday, December 21, 2009. Dec 16 - earliest last day of exams ever;. For once I get to participate in Christmas preparations. Time to start the holiday baking! Cut into stars and Christmas trees, and decorated with homemade icing and rainbow rounds. Christmas wreaths and candy canes. Cookie dough, with and without food colouring, twisted together. Best sorts of dreams. Friday, August 28, 2009. It's important not to say goodbye too quickly though. I still have to go back next week to pick up my things. Days until school starts: 16. Posted by Clara Tsui. Wednesday, August 26, 2009. Days that make you glad to be leaving. Gotta love these people. Work days left: 2! Posted by Clara Tsui. Sunday, August 23, 2009. The last leg of our journey was to the lower Concourse level. There really isn't much down there - a small food court, a Mind Games Store,...

Best sorts of dreams: July 2009
http://claratissue.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Best sorts of dreams. Tuesday, July 28, 2009. I didn't even know what to say about this, except that I can't get this question off of my mind. The first time I was asked it, at the start of summer, I was a little thrown off. I hadn't heard anybody ask that since perhaps the days of elementary school when "Are you happy now? Was used maliciously or sarcastically. My friend who asked me explained to me why she thought I was sad. But I assured her I wasn't. I am ☺. Jesus said."I have come that they may ...

Best sorts of dreams: September 2010
http://claratissue.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Best sorts of dreams. Sunday, September 26, 2010. Jump off the log. Three frogs are sitting on a log in a pond. One decides to jump off. How many frogs are left on the log? I heard this during the children's sermon at church today. All the children answered two - three minus one - but I figured that's too simple so I thought the answer would be zero: one frog jumping off would cause the log to become unbalanced, or to spin, and the other two frogs would fall off in suit. My first instinct was to find a w...

Best sorts of dreams: October 2010
http://claratissue.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Best sorts of dreams. Wednesday, October 20, 2010. Windy City Part II. Monday I went to the Museum of Science and Industry. It's conveniently located in Hyde Park so it was only a ten minute walk. I was most pumped about the You! Exhibit, although they were also featuring an exhibit about storms and natural disasters. I thought that 4 hours would be more than enough time to go through the museum so I took my time getting ready in the morning and only planned to get there around noon. Boy, was I wrong.

Best sorts of dreams
http://claratissue.blogspot.com/2011/01/do-not-love-world-or-anything-in-world.html
Best sorts of dreams. Sunday, January 09, 2011. Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them. For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever. Posted by Clara Tsui. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Who is this girl. Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
