The CSU Administration eliminates the new mandates for clubs created by Executive Order 1068 ("EO 1068"), and leadership and membership requirements for student groups return to their pre-2012 status (which worked just fine); or. Should the CSU Administration be unwilling to budge (as they have been thus far), sponsor state legislation to eliminate the new mandates for clubs created by EO 1068.
