Monday, January 2, 2012. A disapointing day of training. Well, the first WOD of 2012 at Prevail was a disaster for me. 15 KB swings @ 53#. The double unders were a mess! I kept spinning the rope to fast at the beginning of each set trip 2 or 3 times and then they would be fine. VERY FRUSTRATING! I did the work in 7:25 terrible! Tuesday, January 3, 2012. Todays work was a tough WOD. I looked forward to some barbell work after yesterdays catastrophe! The row, I took a nice easy pace on finished in 1:56. When I got to the Snatches my goal was to try not to put the bar down.This did not happen. The first set of 21 was broke into 2 sets 11 and 10. Second set again set it down 7 and 8, Third set all 9!
