Hold on 'cause it is a whirlwind. Tuesday, December 30, 2008. To celebrate our anniversary, graduation and the fall term of school being done, I surprised Chris with a trip on the Mt. Hood Railroad. The 4 hour train ride travels from Hood River to the base of Mt. Hood and back. When everyone was in Issaquah for Kia's wedding last August we finally made our 1st trip to the XXX burger stand. The food was great and we were able to see what XXX really stood for. It referred to their triple extra large portions. Chris and I woke up to giant snow flakes falling outside and so we jumped out of bed, put on our rarely used snow gear and went for a walk around the neighborhood. Hold on 'cause it is a whirlwind. Sunday, September 28, 2008. I haven't had a chance to post pictures of our latest happenings, so here they are. Chris and went up to Issaquah last weekend to visit my sister and her husband Robbie. They took us to the Polk County fair where we were introduced to the scone cart (random I know, but they were great), Mutton Bustin', mini Nascar racing (see above), and much more. It is always nice to get out of town and even better when it is visiting family. My to do list!

The film follows her quirky life and how she gets through her 9 long months of pregnancy. It's a mix between Napolean Dinomite and 9 months. This movie is hilarious!
