CT's Adventures in India. 3 weeks in India. July 3, 2011. This statue of Buddha is 25 meters tall. It is massive. Buddhist followers and other visitors to this statue and to the temples engage in a meditative practice called circoambulation, which is essentially circling and focusing on the Buddha/temple. CT's Adventures in India. 3 weeks in India. Last Day in India. July 4, 2011. Our group leaders left our last day completely free and suggested we wait to do most of our shopping on this last day. I’m really glad I did. There was a lot of stuff I don’t care for, but I found some gifts and overall it was a good experience.
