Tuesday, July 30, 2013. Did a bunch of assisted pullups between sets. Med Ball Work (20 lbs). 10 backwards overhead wall slams. 10 squat pushes (as hard as I could across the gym). Monday, July 29, 2013. Some goblet squats, some db lunges, some kossack squats. 25 x a bunch of 1.5 reps. 45 x a bunch of 1.5 reps. 65 x a bunch of 1.5 reps. 75 x a bunch of 1.5 reps. 5 min warm up. 30 sec work/ 60 sec easy for 8 rounds. 5 minutes cool down. Monday, January 28, 2013. Meet Report- APF-AAPF Meet in Idaho Falls. Basically after having the flu, falling multiple times on BYU campus from the icy rain conditions (spraining my wrist, destroying my upper back on a can of monster), I managed to pull myself together and compete. I did alright. I didn't do as well as I'd hoped, for a variety of reasons, but I'll focus on the ones I can control. Tuesday, January 22, 2013. 315 x2, 1. Fat bar incline press. Easy work.
