The fan below, under the LJ-cut (indicated in red) doesn't seem to be running, and the computer is making a strange sort of grinding/processing noise (not an alarming grind, though) every few seconds. Even though the grind doesn't sound like components are getting wrecked, that doesn't seem good. The fan above the one indicated, in the power supply area, is running fine. I'd noticed the grinding/processing noise before, but it hadn't registered. 14 comments Leave a comment.

So while working on this comment (no, still not done), I realized that in an insurgency, the population is the objective of both sides, as well as being the location where the conflict is fought.
