Questo piatto me lo cucina di solito mia mamma, quando è piena estate e le zucchine dell’orto sono talmente tante che bisogna davvero inventarsi una ricetta diversa ogni giorno! Le zucchine non devono essere troppo grandi, altrimenti perdono croccantezza e diventano acquose.
