Heres our house circa 1928, when Gregs great grandparents bought it. If you look closely you can see their two sons , Frank and Ed, sitting on the front stoop. The house is such a treasure trove of family photos and its so darn cool. I know theyre not exactly my family (yet) but its just really exciting becoming a part of this history within the house. Our house of dreams 3. Heres a few pictures of our house. All upstairs. The downstairs is a basically a copy of the upstairs in layout, but theres a bit more work to be done down there because there was water damage to the front bedroom and we have to put drywall up, etc. This is our upstairs living room. From here theres a door that goes out to a big enclosed sun porch (downstairs goes to a big open porch). I cannot wait for the cats to enjoy it! It makes me feel as if Im about to burst from happiness. I want to spend the rest of my life with him. Its strange how much that kind of promise doesnt scare me now, not with him. Of reminders of why Im doing what Im doing. :). I have friends. We have friends. It seems like many friends nowadays. Theyre lovely and we see them often. They make life extra-good. Im about to go make some potato chowder for dinner and writing this has reminded me that even if its hard sometimes, I have it pretty darn good.
