Saturday, June 4, 2011. My project-my trip with the fish balls. I went inside. Really I was shocked .Oh my god! For me, I love fish so much. So I went to seafood section. I bought tilapia fish, which I will cook at home. It is an Egyptian recipe and I hope you like it. It called fish balls like meat balls. It contain of, 1 lbs. of tilapia, 1 piece of onion, some cilantro, 1 spoon of garlic, salt and black pepper.2 eggs. Some oil for fried,some bread crumbs for fried. Dr C Jason Smith.
