En ces périodes automnales, je reviens avec une soupe, pas très originale certes mais un bon classique pour apporter plein de vitamines, et de fibres avec le poireau et l'oignon. Surtout le but est de se réchauffer, je la prépare le matin avant de partir et en rentrant tard le soir elle m'attend toute prête! 3 poireaux - 2 oignons - eau.
