Le Bien Manger
2 pâtes feuilletées . 60g de poudre d'amandes. 75g de chocolat dessert. 5cl de crème ou de lait. Découper les 2 poires en petits cubes puis verser le jus du citron dessus (réserver). Faire fondre le beurre et le mélanger avec le sucre, la poudre d'amandes, 1 oeuf entier et un blanc d'oeuf. Faire fondre le chocolat avec la crème ou le lait et mélangez le avec le reste. Placer une pâte dans le moule et remplissez la avec votre mélange. Faire cuire à 220° pendant 1 heure. Le flan aux oeufs. 1 litre de lait.
