Gazi is a district in Athens, surrounding the old industrial gasworks precinct, that is now known as a vibey neighbourhood for its clubs, cafes and art spaces and has inspired the name of the restaurant. That, and the fact that they cook on gas and coal (load shedding be damned! It’s a catchy little name and it speaks of the simplicity of the food on offer. Monday, June 24, 2013. We’re doing an agency cookbook. I think it's a novel idea. Each designer gets to play with their own designs, sculpting the visuals, photo styling and typing up their favourite foodie loves. Ultimately, the book is a concoction of different tastes and styles packaged in a neat and honest little book for our clients to peruse.
