A handful of ikan bilis, rinsed with water. 3 cloves of garlic, smashed and skinned. 3 slices of ginger. 1 no tomato, wedged. 1 bunch of round spinach, rinsed and plucked. 2 nos preserved plums, squeezed. 1 packet of fresh fishballs. 1 packet soft beancurd. 12 litres of water. Fry the garlic and ginger in 3 tbsp of oil till fragrant. Add in the ikan bilis and fry for another minute or two. Add in the fish balls and after they are cooked, add in the spinach.

Sunday, September 19, 2010. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 3 large bananas, mashed. 3/4 cup white sugar. 1/3 cup butter, melted (3/4 stick). Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Coat muffin pans with non-stick spray, or use paper liners. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Add flour mixture, and beat until smooth. Scoop into muffin pans. How To Measure Food.

You'll get a dough-like substance. Mould in hands into ball then flatten and bake. Add vanilla ice cream to it then make into sandwich then flatten.
