These are just to die for. Pretty quick to make. You're crazy if you don't try these muffins. 1 2/3 cup strawberries (fresh). 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 1 1/2 cup AP flour (I always sift 3 times. or you can be lazy and not). 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (I sift my dry ingredients with my flour). Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line or grease muffin pan for 12 muffins. Stir in sugar, oil, and eggs. Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened. Links to this post. Crock Pot Peach Cobbler.
