No particular reason other than I’ve never really cooked pork of any type and I wanted to try something new! Also, this was a very easy recipe. I didn’t use the cilantro and I replaced the hot sauce with about 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. 1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin. 1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder. 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper. 1/2 lime, juiced.

Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Stir until all the ingredients are incorporated ans the mixture is smooth. Preheat a gas or charcoal grill.
