But what the hell, I like the festive mood, I like when it's cold outside and my nose is frosting in the air, when the house smells of oranges and cinnamon. Farfocle to były zazwyczaj pływające w garnku warzywa - rozgotowane, bez koloru i takie miękkie jak robaki. blee. dlatego mama skrzętnie musiała mi je wyławiać zanim wogóle pomyślałam o ruszeniu miski :) Zabawne, do dziś nie lubię farfocli w zupie! Środa, 19 września 2012. Surowa - Ugotowana Ryba, czyli jak zrobić Ceviche. Ostatni weekend minął nam pod znakiem ryb. i nie dlatego, że Jarek jest zodiakalna rybą… hehehe Pieczone, duszone, w połączeniu z wołowiną… i gotowane… ale jak gotowane? No właśnie, tutaj jest ciekawostka… czy ktoś kiedyś słyszał o gotowaniu ryby bez użycia wysokiej temperatury? Ale czym tak naprawdę jest ceviche?
